Little Portion Green Ground-Breaking
The Franciscan Earth Literacy Center will be breaking ground this summer (2009) on the construction of their one-and-a-half-story straw-bale Naturally Passive House in Tiffin, Ohio. This project, named Little Portion Green by the Sisters of St. Francis, is a joint collaboration between Ferut Architects and HarvestBuild, and features our Edge-Plus straw-bale wall system. Please check back for dates of informal weekend workshops, as volunteer opportunities will be available once construction begins.
